Murray River Queen Riverland Pty Ltd
An experience unlike any other awaits you on the Murray River Queen!
Holding a special place in the history of Murray River paddleboats, the Queen was built on Hindmarsh Island near Goolwa in the early 1970s as a passenger vessel in the tradition of the early paddleboats of the gold rush era.
She remains the largest ever side wheel paddle boat to navigate the mighty Murray River and, despite a period of abandonment in the 1990’s, is a magnificent and stately reminder of our pioneering past.
Today, there is always something happening on the Murray River Queen!
From private functions, to a delicious meal, live music or cellar door wine tasting, the Queen has everything you need for a great day or evening out.
For a truly special experience, why not book a night or six on the Queen and enjoy your stay with the sound of the Murray lapping at the hull and the reflection of the stars on the water.
